the gentleman at check-in greeted us with drinks. he valeted our car. he then gave us a hotel tour before delivering our bags. the meals were excellent and breakfast was extensive. they have a lake front bar and dining pods.
the indoor hot tub was closed . the outdoor hot tub was dirty. the fan in the room was noisy making it hard to sleep.

underwhelming experience
the breakfast offered a great start to the day with tasty options and prompt service. i was happy with that.
The room i booked was not up to par. The shower barely worked, and the towels were threadbare. honestly. The lack of attention to basic maintenance was pretty surprising for this kind of place.

unwelcoming atmosphere non-functional facilities
The initial impression at reception was underwhelming. The area lacked clear signage and a cute atmosphere. It felt transactional, not aligning with a five-star experience.. Spa facilities were also limited. I noted the absence of a relaxation area and herbal tea, standard amenities I expect. The poolside floor needed more attention. I also observed non-functional steam and aromatherapy rooms, alongside a broken cold shower.
